Mostly because it is off the beaten track - away from the motor-home parade of US 101, this small beach is one of my favorite along the Oregon coast. Located at the base of Cape Meares, it is accessible via an aging wooden stairway, the entrance of which is hard to spot. Adding to its charm, there is a full year waterfall where Larson Creek empties into the ocean. Even during the summer tourist season, this beach rarely has a another visitor.
