Recently appointed by the President to serve as the RSA Commissioner, Lynnae now lives/works in Washington DC ("The Other Washington"). This photo was one of a series she captured while trekking through the snow choked streets during this past week's "Snowmageddon." Somewhere there is a bicyclist out there who simply gave up, locked the bike to a post and will probably return... in a couple of weeks.
