The Bandon Cable Landing Neighborhood
Facebook is seeking to land a subsea data cable on a small private residential lot in Tillamook County, Oregon. In a land use review, Facebook testified there was another such landing in a "residential neighborhood" near Bandon on Oregon's southern coast. This video shows the actual character of the Bandon cable landing site.
