We took Route 404 on the City Bus from downtown Galway to the end of the line. This got us to a small town of Oranmore. From there, we walked another 5km (3 mi) to a large park area overlooking Rinnville Harbour. There is a 16th century Norman castle. While the castle was interesting, frankly the view of the harbor was the better part of the day's adventure. We had dark clouds above, but it never rained!
