We have two residences, one on the Oregon Coast and the other 60 miles (about 100 km) inland in Salem, Oregon. This photo is of the building in which our Salem condo unit is located. This is in the core downtown which makes everything walkable. Plus, we have a regular shuttle service to an international airport only an hour's drive north - important for us as we travel often.

The building houses City offices on the two lower floors, including CCTV studios (hence the satellite antennae array), court records and a large server farm. Floors 3, 4 and 5 are residential units. Ours is on the fourth floor.
