Our residence here at the Civita Institute is directly over Alma Civita, the top dining venue at Civita (see: a href="http://www.almacivita.com/en/"; target="_self"http://www.almacivita.com/en//a). Sandro, the proprietor, has combined a unique setting (dining in an Etruscan quot;cavequot;) with perfectly prepared meals and a great wine selection. His crew work hard to keep up with the tourist traffic as Alma Civita has developed a following.br/ br/ This is Sandro ... with grandson or, perhaps, grandnephew.
