Solheimajokull Glacier
This is the tip of the "tongue" of the Solheimajokull Glacier. We walked up onto the glacier with the assistance of a guide as the terrain is complicated with icy crevasses and drainages.br/br/This "tongue" extends south from the main glacier making it accessible to the casual visitor.
